Did you ever want to have a better workout? Bet you didn't know music could help you with that. Music always affects peoples emotions. When ever I listen to music that's not sad I always get pumped up and want to go do something and not sit at home. So more than likely when you got to the gym its better to listen to music that can get you really pumped up even though I don't go to the gym. I use my music just so I can get the energy to just clean up my room but that's just me. If you were anything like me you wouldn't be able to do anything without music. I'm actually listening to music right now typing this blog. To get to the point I think we could all say music makes everything better. For better work out music click the link below.

I agree Kaitlyn, music does change moods and get people motivated. It's difficult for me to listen to music when I jog, or walk because my phone won't stay in my waistband. Shouldn't all athletic shorts and pants have a cell phone pocket with a hole in it for ear-buds. Also, sometimes Pandora won't work, which is very frustrating. Do you ever have these technical difficulties? It is hard to workout when watching something because your body wants to be still to pay attention, but you don't need to be still to listen, unless your breathing is really loud.
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree that music affects peoples emotions and encourages people to do certain things. I listen to music whenever I do anything like homework and it really helps to motivate me to do whatever I need to get done. I also feel like going out or doing something whenever I hear an upbeat song and it just gets me in the mood to get something done. Sometimes listening to my favorite songs can get me distracted if I want to workout though because I will concentrate on the lyrics and not what I'm doing. It is also hard to work out because my phone or headphones may fall out but I think it's a small obstacle compared to how motivated you can get through music.
ReplyDeleteI also agree that music affects your mood. When I study or do homework, I like listening to classical music. I feel that the classical music helps me to focus and concentrate on my work. However, I prefer to listen to a fast beat music while I'm exercising or getting ready in the morning. The music just makes me more motivated to exercise or energized to get ready in the morning. Both classical and upbeat music, gives me the feeling I need in order to get something done.
